I know there are many women just like me making excuse after excuse for men who simply drink from your cup, rather than filling it up preferably with a delicious mezcal cocktail, sake, or wine. It was damp, and slightly muddy in areas, but the message was clear, I was on sacred grounds, and it was my honor to remove my shoes before I went any further.
