My daughter is 4 years old, and she wanted to hear a story about a unicorn. Unfortunately, I'm not very good at telling stories, so I searched for stories and found yours. My daughter loves your story and asks me to read it every night. Her eyes light up every time we read about gracie being able to finally see rosebud. When she plays during the day she plays as if she is playing with Gracie and rosebud.

The following is a short story I wrote last year based on some images that I created shown above. I was looking for some inspiration and decided to try to write little stories to go along with some of my artwork. Once upon a time, in a land called Kynneset, there lived two unicorns.

She was a very special unicorn, and her tribe considered her one of the greatest creatures in the world, for Sara had wings, and she could fly. Great big gossamer wings the color of moonlight, could take her soaring into the air above, her white body gleaming in the sun at day, and sparkling in the moon-and star-light at night. She was a happy and good-natured animal and made friends with everyone, even humans. She liked little children, who always stared at her in wonder and delight. One little girl was her special friend. She lived just outside of the forest that Sara lived in. Her name was Minnie and she loved Sara with all her heart.

One day, Isotopia was alone at home and Poppy had gone to eat some bananas. When he climbed a banana tree and started eating, he saw that the Unicorn was also standing down below. He was looking at him. Poppy was not an ordinary monkey. He was very wise and could understand the language of every animal on the island. You can surely ride on me.
